Scott Howe Films is currently seeking bright and talented individuals for the following roles:

 

Made in China (Currently casting for all lead rolls)

LOGLINE: An average Joe falls in love with a woman he meets online, but before their relationship can progress, he must finally leave his comfort zone and convince family and friends he's not crazy in wanting to marry the girl of his dreams: a woman he's never met, who can't speak English, and who lives on the other side of the world with her eight-year old daughter.

 

ADULT ASIAN FEMALE -

Mid-twenties to mid-thirties - very attractive for LEAD role.

Some familiarity with speaking Mandarin Chinese, or willingness to learn as needed.

 

ADULT CAUCASIAN MALE -

Mid-thirties to mid-forties - "average Joe" for LEAD role

Preferably someone with comedic timing/background.

 

CHILD ASIAN FEMALE -

8 to 12 years old for SUPPORTING role

Willingness to learn very limited Mandarin Chinese

 

ADULT ASIAN FEMALE -

Mid-fifties - "motherly"

Some familiarity with speaking Mandarin Chinese, or willingness to learn as needed.

 

ADULT ASIAN MALE -

Mid-twenties to mid-thirties - "overprotective brother"

Some familiarity with speaking Mandarin Chinese, or willingness to learn as needed.

 

ADULT MALE - Any Ethnicity

Mid-twenties to mid-forties - "sidekick" / confidante
